About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's properties to prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors
  • Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights for product and marketing improvements
  • Collaborate with sales and digital teams to align strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in property marketing or sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
