## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. This position offers the opportunity to build strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and represent our firm across the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new growth opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals and objectives

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate new business leads through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, networking, and digital marketing efforts
  • Identify and research potential clients and strategic partners to expand the company's reach

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing tailored solutions and effectively communicating the firm's value proposition

Sales & Proposal Development

  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address specific client needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, technical experts) to develop customized solutions

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business agreements
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing new business deals

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive client satisfaction
  • Provide regular, detailed reports to senior management on sales forecasts, market insights, and business development initiatives

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities

Compensation

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly
