## Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role combines marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management, making it ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Develop proposals and pitches tailored to clients' needs
  • Support marketing activities including content creation, campaigns, and presentations
  • Maintain client relationships through CRM tools and ensure excellent customer service
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and handle basic administrative tasks
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance to provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client and operational support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (2–3 years)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and strong customer service orientation
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
