Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to secure B2B contracts across sectors such as hospitality, retail, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, persistent, and skilled in networking and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities
- Develop proposals and presentations to secure contracts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and drive renewals and upsells
- Execute sales strategies and track performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain effective communication
Key Performance Indicators
- Partner engagement and responsiveness
- Promotional effectiveness
- Timely reporting and actionable insights
- Market research and trend analysis
Requirements
- BA/BSc in Business Management or related field (postgraduate or professional qualification is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience in B2B client management and partnerships
