Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. This role focuses on acquiring, developing, and retaining Enterprise and SME clients by providing tailored connectivity and ICT solutions that meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Enterprise and SME segments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Customer Service, Billing, etc.) to deliver solutions
- Report on sales pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics regularly
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecoms or ICT sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g., MPLS, fiber, VPN, dedicated internet, cloud)
