We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals that support company objectives.
  • Meet or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
