  • Sygnite is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Lagos. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, partnerships, and growth within the energy or renewable sector.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Represent Sygnite at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Experience in renewable energy or the power/energy sector is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Must be based in Lagos and available to resume immediately
