A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Your core focus will be demand generation — visiting hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributors to increase product awareness, gather market intelligence, and build strong customer relationships that lead to sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare outlets.
  • Generate demand by educating clients on product benefits, usage, and positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on field messaging.
  • Attend field activations, product launches, and marketing events as required.
  • Submit timely field activity reports on customer feedback, field activity, and sales trends.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related fields).
  • 3–5 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or demand generation (pharmaceutical experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for growth and customer engagement.
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
