## Title: Business Development Manager - Deposits & Investments

About the Role

Join ADX Credit Limited as a Business Development Manager and drive growth in our deposits and investment division. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your financial services expertise in a results-driven environment where you'll expand our market presence and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization
  • Actively listen to client feedback, concerns, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to address their needs and resolve issues
  • Conduct regular meetings, calls, and interactions with clients to review account status, discuss performance, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships and promote additional products and services to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty metrics, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive engagement
  • Analyze client data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, developing action plans to address them
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting value propositions, benefits, and partnership outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, sharing insights with clients to provide added value
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and generate business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in generating liabilities and fixed deposits
  • Proven track record of success in business development and marketing
  • Experience working in a financial institution as a Business Developer, Sales & Marketing professional, or Finance role
