About the Role
GFA Datacenter is expanding from 5MW to 20MW capacity and seeking a commercial lead to drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise, ISP, and telco sales environments. You will build the commercial function from scratch with full autonomy—no bureaucracy, no approval layers, no delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt, pitch, and close enterprise, ISP, fintech, telco, and government clients
- Manage RFPs, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build and lead partner channels (ISPs, cloud providers, systems integrators)
- Run marketing campaigns independently or with agencies
- Coordinate client onboarding with operations teams
- Monitor industry trends, competitive pricing, and regulatory changes
- Deliver weekly pipeline reports and quarterly strategy reviews
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise ICT sales
- Proven experience selling hosting, colocation, cloud, connectivity, or infrastructure solutions
- Track record of consistently hitting aggressive revenue targets
- Strong existing relationships in banking, telecommunications, fintech, and ISP sectors
- Ability to operate effectively as a solo commercial lead
Compensation
N18,000,000 - N24,000,000 base annually, plus bonuses, commissions, and optional ESOP participation.
