## Title: Business Associate - Real Estate

Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Associate at Zylus Homes & Property, Ibadan Chapter, a subsidiary of Zylus Group International. The position offers flexibility for remote work and is based in Ibadan, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Execute real estate sales and close transactions
Conduct property negotiations with clients and partners
Provide top-notch services to partners and clients
Contribute to the growth and success of the business

Requirements

Must reside in Ibadan
HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Banking, Business, or related field)

Client management expertise

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
