Finance Responsibilities

• Manage the Procure-to-Pay process on SAP
• Prepare monthly financial waterfall reports
• Develop monthly and yearly budget forecasting (CAPEX)
• Perform weekly reconciliation of VCNL Capex Nigeria actuals and commitments
• Complete monthly RIA and IT Tracker reconciliation and submission
• Submit monthly LE reports on Anaplan
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Analyze and reclassify project expenses to ensure fund sustainability and asset management
• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Conduct monthly follow-up with Labour broker to ensure tax remittance (PAYE & Pension)

Admin & People Management Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly people headcount reports
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts, bringing them to resolution
• Ensure consistent application of company HR policies
• Partner with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives
• Support the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
• Maintain People/HR systems and processes
• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and personnel information
