Business Analyst at Halogen security

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst to provide strategic, analytical, and administrative support to our department. This role focuses on driving business performance through data analysis, strategic planning, market intelligence, and effective project support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, deliver actionable insights, and ensure efficient coordination of departmental operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare strategic documents, presentations, and reports that align with departmental goals
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making by divisional leadership
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to generate reports that influence business direction
• Analyze business data and trends to provide recommendations for process improvements and growth opportunities
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinate performance review meetings and manage strategic sessions with follow-up deliverables
• Organize departmental meetings, manage documentation, and prepare meeting minutes
• Ensure effective internal communication across the department
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments, clients, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, project coordination, client service, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills

• Professional certifications in business analysis, project management, or data analytics
