Job Summary
The Brokers Sales Executive uses customer service and marketing functions to nurture leads through the sales funnel, from the addition of leads on the portal through purchase and repeat purchases.
Brokers Sales Executives manage, support, and communicate with clients using various methods including email, phone, social media, and direct mail to ensure all leads are effectively managed and transactions are successfully consummated.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition and retention of brokers and clients through offline marketing
- Aggressively follow up with all leads referred by brokers and ensure successful closure of all leads
- Handle B2B and B2C leads assigned, following all set procedures and ensuring transactions are successfully consummated
- Manage client inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media channels
- Resolve client issues or problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and selecting and explaining the best solution to accelerate correction or adjustment
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of issues
- Acquire brokers through referral methods from both existing and potential clients
- Cross-market products to existing and potential clients when needed
- Source optimal leads and refer customers to do business with the company
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicate all issues encountered during the processing stage and client feedback to the Head Brokers Admin for swift resolution
- Follow up solely with all leads transferred and work on all stages following set policies and procedures
