Bread Manager (Strategic Production Leadership Role)

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end bread production operations for a top employer, managing strategic production leadership across all manufacturing processes and outlet supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bread production operations in line with standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of bread to all outlets
• Lead and manage production teams, monitor performance, and track key performance indicators
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, HR, and Factory Operations departments

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Food Science or related food-based discipline
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in bakery or food production
• FMCG industry experience required
• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
• QSR experience is an advantage
