About the Role
This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the effective operation and execution of all branding, communications, and marketing strategies. You will oversee all marketing, advertising, and communication activities to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom marketing and advertising strategies
- Create designs and layouts for various media outlets
- Oversee all social media accounts and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and other content marketing channels
- Develop and manage content strategy for all communications channels including website, blog, social media, and press releases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and content delivery
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists
- Oversee all aspects of organizational branding
- Manage internal and external communications
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent marketing strategies and content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field; Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and leading teams
