Key Responsibilities

• Drive Mshel Homes' brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives across all channels
• Safeguard the company's reputation and manage public, media, and stakeholder relationships
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong brand identity and guidelines for Mshel Homes
• Lead creative marketing strategies and develop unique product themes
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication tools
• Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints
• Lead brand positioning efforts to increase visibility and market competitiveness
• Draft and manage internal and external communication materials, including memos, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official statements
