About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives while driving business growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful brand campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and drive market share growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade, Distribution, Creative, and Agency teams
- Manage external agencies and vendors
- Implement both traditional and digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in brand and/or marketing management
- Experience in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) or food & beverage sector is preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns
- Knowledge of South East regional market or multiple states, with understanding of local consumer behaviour, distribution channels, and trade landscape
- Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification in Marketing
- Experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing
