## Title: Branch Manager - Premium Herbal Products

About the Role

Our client, a premium herbal products brand with nationwide reach, is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead frontline sales operations, manage a high-volume team, and drive consistent commercial growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background, the ability to train and motivate large teams, and a track record of performing in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, operational excellence, and premium service delivery
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive the team to exceed revenue objectives
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and brand visibility
  • Utilise CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyse performance metrics for informed decision-making
  • Prepare accurate sales, performance, and operational reports for management review
  • Lead, train, and motivate a large sales team to achieve high productivity and consistent results
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the branch
  • Ensure strict compliance with organisational policies, processes, and customer service standards
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance staff capabilities and career growth

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M.Sc./second degree highly preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' hands-on experience in sales, including 2–4 years managing large teams (50–200+ staff)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving set targets, and leading successful marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital sales platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and build high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
