Block Factory Supervisor at Oneco Construction Enterprise

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Block Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage materials and records, and support basic administrative and accounts activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in a block factory or construction environment and be able to supervise workers effectively while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily block production activities and ensure set targets and quality standards are met
• Coordinate machine operators, mixing crew, off-loaders, and curing personnel
• Monitor and control the use of cement, sand, and other materials
• Keep accurate daily records of production output, material usage, expenses, and maintenance logs
• Manage stock levels and issue materials as required
• Handle basic administrative duties including petty cash records, staff attendance, and payroll support
• Prepare simple daily and weekly reports for management
• Assist with invoicing, delivery tracking, and customer coordination where required
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational procedures on site
• Report operational challenges, faults, or shortages promptly to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a block factory, construction site, or building materials yard
• Proven experience in supervision
• Knowledge of cement block production processes
• Must reside within reasonable distance to the factory location (Ibeju-Lekki)

Salary & Benefits

• ₦100,000 – ₦130,000 per month (based on experience)
