About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Bidding and Tendering Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing comprehensive tender documentation, conducting market analysis, and supporting the procurement process for major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tender documentation, including technical drawings, detailed specifications, and contractual terms
• Prepare and compile complete tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids, as well as compliance statements
• Assess project risks, opportunities, and constraints that could affect the tender process
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses and enhance profitability
• Calculate price adjustments and cost escalations
• Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to fully understand the scope of work
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage bid documentation and records
• Assist in the procurement process by supporting bid evaluation and negotiation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 4–5 years of experience in bidding and tendering within the Oil and Gas Sector
• Proven experience bidding for contracts in major oil companies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools
• Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to tendering and procurement

• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
