Prepare and grill high-quality barbecue dishes using various techniques (smoking, slow-cooking, open-flame grilling).

Create and execute custom BBQ menus tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.

Manage grill setup, fuel, temperature control, and proper smoking methods to ensure consistent results.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grilling area while following all food safety standards.

Handle ingredient prep, marinade development, and meat selection to ensure peak flavor and quality.

Coordinate timing of dishes for smooth service during private events or daily meals.

Requirements
