Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's bar and lounge venues. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of guest service, beverage quality, and operational efficiency within a luxury hospitality environment.

As Bar Manager, you will drive beverage innovation, uphold brand standards, manage profitability, and deliver a refined guest experience consistent with the prestige of a luxury hotel. This position requires exceptional mixology knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to hotel and brand standards
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all bar operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per local regulations
• Coordinate with other F&B outlets and departments (kitchen, banquet, purchasing, finance) for smooth operations
• Monitor bar ambiance, cleanliness, and overall guest experience

Guest Experience & Service Quality

• Maintain an exceptional level of personalized service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring service recovery and guest satisfaction
• Cultivate strong rapport with guests and regular patrons to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Oversee the execution of signature cocktail programs, beverage pairings, and special promotions

Beverage Program Management

• Curate and continuously update the beverage and cocktail menu, reflecting seasonal ingredients and global trends
