This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Job Summary The Bakers will prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked foods. Duties / Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and prepare dough, batters, and fillings according to recipes.

• Bake pastries, pies, bread, and other baked products.

• Decorate and finish baked goods as required (e.g., icing, glazing, garnishing).

• Monitor baking processes and make adjustments when necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

• Experiment with and develop new recipes to meet customer preferences.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.

• 1 year proven experience as a baker.

• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.

• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
