A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Description
  • We are looking for a creative and experienced Baker/Pastry Maker to prepare a variety of baked goods and pastries.
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality items consistently
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other desserts
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
  • Decorate and package finished products professionally
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
  • Ensure product quality, taste, and presentation standards are met
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND in Catering or Baking
  • Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Maker
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and recipe measurement
  • Must be neat, punctual, and creative
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
