Key Responsibilities
- Identify leads and opportunities, from qualifying to closing deals
- Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for the company
- Utilize sales tools and methodologies to optimize results
- Build and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Attend both physical and virtual meetings to close deals
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities, and specifications while balancing client needs with organizational interests
- Research market and competitive landscape to demonstrate the organization's value proposition
- Set goals and identify actions to achieve them
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Address customer questions and concerns, providing tailored solutions
- Ensure contracts and SLAs are accurate and align with company policies
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales in a corporate environment
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Positive mindset and proactive approach
