Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify leads and opportunities, from qualifying to closing deals
  • Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for the company
  • Utilize sales tools and methodologies to optimize results
  • Build and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attend both physical and virtual meetings to close deals
  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities, and specifications while balancing client needs with organizational interests
  • Research market and competitive landscape to demonstrate the organization's value proposition
  • Set goals and identify actions to achieve them
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Address customer questions and concerns, providing tailored solutions
  • Ensure contracts and SLAs are accurate and align with company policies
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales in a corporate environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Positive mindset and proactive approach
