About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and high-performing B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints or objections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to stakeholders
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve better results and maintain customer experience
- Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, industry events, and trade shows to promote products locally and internationally
- Act as the key point of contact for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising/Promotions, or Communication
