Auto Clave Loader at Dana Group

Job Summary

The Autoclave Loader is responsible for assisting in the sterilization of production materials, equipment, and components using autoclave machines in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The role ensures that sterilization processes are carried out accurately, safely, and efficiently to maintain product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and offload filled pouches from autoclaves in line with established procedures
• Operate autoclave machines safely, ensuring sterilization parameters (temperature, pressure, and time) are accurately maintained
• Maintain thorough cleanliness and orderliness of the autoclave section, machines, and all related equipment
• Perform routine lubrication of autoclaves and parking trolleys as scheduled
• Record and report any breakdowns or malfunctions of trolleys or autoclave equipment
• Report all abnormal observations relating to filled pouches or sterilization outcomes to the Autoclave Supervisor and Production Pharmacist
• Keep accurate documentation of autoclaving activities, including equipment status, sterilization cycles, and downtime records
• Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports to immediate superior
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements within the autoclave area
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management in line with operational needs

Requirements

• OND, Technical Certificate, or SSCE qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with sterilization or autoclave operations (especially in pharmaceutical, beverage, or food industries) is an advantage
• Familiarity with GMP and workplace safety standards is preferred
