Position Overview

An established institution is recruiting for an Associate Professor / Reader position in Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field
• Minimum nine (9) years of uninterrupted teaching and research experience in a university or equivalent environment

Scholarly Achievement and Track Record

Candidates must demonstrate a sustained record of scholarly achievement, normally evidenced by:

• Minimum of twenty-five (25) peer-reviewed publications
• At least seven (7) publications from foreign indexed journals
• Substantial postgraduate supervision experience
• Conference leadership experience
• Demonstrable administrative or leadership experience
