Requirements

Ph.D. Degree in Civil Engineering or appropriate related discipline
Nine (9) years of unbroken teaching and research experience in a university system or cognate exposure
Demonstrable evidence of scholarly achievement
Minimum of twenty-one (21) scholarly publications
Sufficient administrative experience
