Associate at Africa Law Practice (ALP)

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate at ALP NG & Co, located in Banana Island, Lagos, Nigeria. You will provide high-quality legal support to clients while working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver innovative, solution-driven services.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal research on complex matters
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Analyze complex legal and regulatory issues
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Contribute to the firm's mission and values

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)
• Call to Bar qualification
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research
• Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and regulatory law
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions
