## Title: Assistant Service Manager - Electronics Service Center

Company Overview

Our client is a diversified group of companies operating in trading and manufacturing across multiple sectors including consumer goods, electronics, automobile accessories, paper products, and other high-impact industries. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their electronics service division.

Job Summary

The Assistant Service Manager will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the electronics service center. This role involves coordinating technicians, managing customer service issues, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely repairs and installations. The position requires strong technical understanding of electronics combined with excellent leadership and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the electronics service center
  • Supervise service technicians and ensure repair jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards
  • Assist in scheduling, assigning, and monitoring service and repair tasks
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • Track and manage service requests, warranty claims, and spare parts usage
  • Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, service reports, and customer feedback
  • Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure spare parts availability
  • Monitor technician performance and support training and capacity building initiatives
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols
  • Generate regular reports on service performance and customer satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in technical service or after-sales support roles within the electronics industry
  • Proven experience supervising a technical or service team
  • Strong understanding of electronic appliances, diagnostics, and repair processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
