About the Role

We are seeking 3 dedicated and experienced Assistant Farm Managers to join our team. Female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage farm workers and oversee daily operations
• Manage farm inventory and resources
• Conduct daily crop and livestock farming activities
• Report and maintain accountability to the General Farm Manager
• Monitor and manage farm plantation plans
• Perform basic manual farm work as needed
• Ensure ongoing farm monitoring and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven practical, hands-on experience in farm management (any farm size)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate in both English and Yoruba

Desirable Qualifications

• Residency in Abeokuta, Ogun State (accommodation will be provided)
