Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in assigned territories
- Manage and motivate the regional sales team to meet performance objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels
- Maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities in the region
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in the power sector, preferably in inverter, battery, or solar product sales
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep market knowledge of the power products industry
