Key Responsibilities

Execute sales plans within designated areas
Supervise field sales representatives and ensure daily performance tracking
Identify new business opportunities and manage key retail channels
Ensure excellent product visibility and market activation
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for strategic planning

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience
Strong understanding of open markets, distributors, and retail sales channels
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
Proven route-to-market expertise

Compensation

N220,000 per month
