Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Manage sales funnels and set and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitor activities
• Propose new product ideas and pricing strategies
• Handle sales inquiries and prepare and submit quotations
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction through quality supply and after-sales support
• Provide technical support on product applications
• Manage the order-to-cash process
• Participate in budget and planning cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
