We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • Pharma Ethics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the East and West regions.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, support, and mentor Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) within the assigned region
  • Implement and execute territory business plans that align with overall sales objectives
  • Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely feedback on competitor activities
  • Conduct regular field visits, team training, and performance evaluations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong background inteam management and sales performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to drive team performance across multiple territories.
