About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Area Manager / Operations Coordinator to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor access points
  • Respond to incidents promptly and effectively
  • Patrol assigned areas
  • Manage client relationships
  • Schedule and coordinate deployment of resources

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle/bike
  • Valid rider's license and permit
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, assignments, and duties simultaneously
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations and respond appropriately
