## Title: Area Customer Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Customer Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in customer success, sales management, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Managers
  • Drive team performance to achieve 80%+ customer retention across the assigned territory
  • Monitor performance dashboards, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions when retention targets are not being met
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to ensure Account Managers deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or customer account management
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven success in driving customer retention and achieving sales goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly net salary: ₦200,000 - ₦250,000
  • Performance-based incentives
