Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to construction
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and functional requirements
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity and regulatory compliance
• Conduct site visits, supervise project execution, and resolve design or technical issues

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in healthcare projects
• Strong expertise in Revit, particularly for Service Engineering applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional architectural certification
• Project Management experience, certification, or training
