Job Summary
The Alumni Community Officer will develop, coordinate, promote, and evaluate special events, programs, and projects for the FATE School alumni community. The role focuses on ensuring alumni members are effectively engaged and supporting post-programs at FATE Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate alumni community programs, including townhall meetings, sector events, Business Outlook & AGM, and Business Conference
- Manage the alumni hub, including onboarding alumni members, enlisting on the marketplace and directory
- Coordinate Alumni Executive Committee meetings
- Maintain alumni database to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Coordinate virtual and physical alumni visits
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or a relevant social science discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in alumni relations and alumni support services within the non-profit or educational sector
- Proven experience executing programs, coordinating meetings, and organizing events
- Strong passion and interest in the non-profit or development sector
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with community engagement tools or CRM systems (an advantage)
