The Team Lead will be responsible for daily operations, performance, and professional development of their team, ensuring KPI budgets are met while driving client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the agency team
• Monitor and drive team performance against KPI budgets

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an agency environment
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Team Lead, Supervisory, or equivalent leadership role
