After Sales Service Specialist-Electrical

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kano State, Nigeria for an After Sales Service Specialist - Electrical. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in diesel & Gas generator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Experience in aftersales service, field service, or maintenance support

• Experience working with ATS panels, synchronization panels, and control systems

• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures

• Familiarity with synchronization and load-sharing systems

• Basic mechanical knowledge related to engines (advantage)

• Ability to respond to breakdown calls and emergency service requests

• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical service reports

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients

• Willingness to work overtime and on emergency call-outs.
