## Title: Admissions and Sales Advisor

Job Overview

This role focuses on consultative sales and enrollment management. You will engage prospective students, understand their academic and career goals, and guide them through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their goals and aspirations
  • Guide students through the admissions process with professionalism and care
  • Meet sales targets and enrollment deadlines
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to influence decision-making
  • Result-oriented with ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for education and genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals
  • Willingness to learn new skills continuously
