## Title: Administrative Supervisor

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Administrative Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth business functionality across all administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and supervise all office activities
  • Handle all customer communications, collate, and manage customer data
  • Manage overall business operations
  • Supervise content creation for the business
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement
  • Manage schedules and timelines
  • Ensure operations adhere to all rules and regulations
  • Monitor and manage costs and expenses

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative or supervisory roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with technical industries (Power, Energy, Security, or Engineering)
