About the Role
British Preparatory School seeks a dedicated and versatile professional to support school operations and enhance our digital presence. This role combines administrative, accounting, and social media management responsibilities, requiring someone who can seamlessly transition between internal operations and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and accounting duties to support school operations
- Manage relationships with parents and external partners
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and promote the school's brand
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head Teacher
- Manage and promote the school across social media platforms
Required Qualifications
- First degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Social media expertise with strong content creation skills
- Awareness of various media platforms and their effective usage
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally with the organization
Location
Must reside in Ibadan or within reasonable travel distance to the school in Lagos, Nigeria.
