About the Role
Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a competent and proactive Administrative Officer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to enhance efficiency across departments, particularly in HR and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments
- Manage and organize office documentation, records, and databases
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Support data entry, analysis, and reporting for HR and administrative functions
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
