## Title: Administrative Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and administrative support services
  • Manage all legal matters including property agreements, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution to safeguard company interests
  • Supervise land surveys, documentation, and mapping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and prioritize administrative tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and service delivery
  • Manage office facilities and resources, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and supplies inventory
  • Oversee all company properties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems and technologies to support efficient operations and information management
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records for administrative operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability

Required Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role

  • Ability to maintain and coordinate administrative activities across the organization
  • Strong accountability for administrative expenses, planning, and budgeting
  • Ability to supervise administrative and documentation processes
