## Title: Administrative Manager
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and administrative support services
- Manage all legal matters including property agreements, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution to safeguard company interests
- Supervise land surveys, documentation, and mapping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Coordinate and prioritize administrative tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and service delivery
- Manage office facilities and resources, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and supplies inventory
- Oversee all company properties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain administrative systems and technologies to support efficient operations and information management
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records for administrative operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability
Required Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role

- Ability to maintain and coordinate administrative activities across the organization
- Strong accountability for administrative expenses, planning, and budgeting
- Ability to supervise administrative and documentation processes
