About the Role
DreamLife Studios is expanding and seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Officer to manage office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This role requires maturity, reliability, and professionalism, as you will represent the company to external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and inquiries
- Maintain office records, schedules, and basic documentation
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and functional
- Handle correspondence and prepare basic reports as assigned
- Execute tasks accurately and promptly according to instructions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative and/or front desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Basic computer literacy (email, documents, spreadsheets)

Employment Structure
