## Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Company

Our client is a technology-driven agribusiness platform that is transforming the way food moves from farmers to businesses. Due to expansion, they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, both digital and physical
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper document management systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, deliveries)
  • Act as a liaison between departments and with external clients or vendors
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute reports or follow-ups
  • Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are used efficiently and maintained in good condition
  • Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, or conferences
  • Provide general administrative support to management and team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc in any relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
